2025 Parental Choice Tax Credit
The Idaho Legislature passed House Bill 93 during the 2025 legislative session and it was signed into law on February 27, 2025. The law immediately took effect retroactive to January 1, 2025. The state agency in charge of administering the law is the Idaho State Tax Commission.

Idaho Content Standards
Idaho Content Standards ensure that Idaho students are receiving instruction on relevant content and have been selected by parents, guardians, educators and officials. These standards are updated regularly through carefully selected committees.
